Individual E-mail Sessions
These sessions are designed for someone looking for quick, targeted advice on a specific matter or as an introduction to the REFUSETOQUIT.com counseling and coaching style. However, if you think you may require more assistance or want to continue receiving counseling or coaching on an ongoing basis, you consider joining the RTQ NeverQuit™ Club Membership for more services and TheraCoach™ interaction.

Live “Face-To-Face” Counseling/Life Coaching Sessions
These sessions are ultra-confidential and your privacy and anonymity will remain in tact, because I come to YOU. There will be NO sitting in an office waiting room with other clients staring in your face! Sessions will be held in a safe public place or a discreet private setting agreed upon. (Service only available Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas only.)
Fee: $100 per hour
(Time can be purchase in 1 hour time blocks. Limited to one session per day, and up to three 1 hour sessions per week.)
*There will be a $25.00 session cancellation fee for this service. The cancellation will be paid upon the next scheduled Face to Face session or deducted from the refunded fees for Face to Face session only. This service is only available in the Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas only, other areas may be considered and special requests can be made.

E-mail Sessions
The use of writing in a therapeutic setting is very beneficial. Writing allows you to express yourself clearly, and thoroughly without interruption. The mere process of writing your question/concern may bring you one step closer to resolution! We offer a convenient Intake form. This form makes it easy for you to include important information and describe your situation in your own words. After you have completed the intake form, all you need to do is click on 'submit' and it is automatically forwarded to our private e-mail. Once we receive this document with your payment, we will respond within 24- 48 hours with a thoughtful, meaningful discourse.
Emails are secure and only read by James E. Coston III, MS and or the assigned REFUSETOQUIT.com TheraCoach ™. You can feel confident that your e-mails will always remain private.
Please be very specific and detailed when you submit your intake form with your concerns or issues send your e-mail with ALL of the information you believe we will need to assist you, so that you will not incur any unnecessary expense. If the TheraCoach ™ needs any further information you will receive an e- mail from me or the assigned TheraCoach ™.
We often receive questions regarding relationship issues. We encourage both people involved to e-mail their description of the problem at the same time and indicate each persons view. State that you are a couple and identify each persons concern what they hope the resolution will be. You may have a question regarding family issues, parenting issues or regarding your child's behavior as well. In this situation each family member should e-mail me his/her description of the problem. For young children a parent can type the child's description and what the child hopes will occur. This process offers me a well-rounded picture of the situation and leads to a more realistic, focused response to your questions.
Live “Face-To-Face” Counseling and Life Coaching Sessions
This method allows REFUSETOQUIT.com to bring the session right to you LIVE and in person! You will meet with Mr. Coston or one of our experienced TheraCoaches ™ one on one at a quiet, private or public location of your choice (your office, restaurant, local coffee shop, etc) to get the attention, careful insight and planning you need to help you cope with and conquer the issues that effect your life.
As always, your participation in counseling and life coaching sessions at REFUSETOQUIT.com will be confidential and anonymous from people that you may know and the general public. So you can be certain when have your face-to-face session, even if you are seen in a public place, it will merely look as if you are having a conversation, lunch, dinner or business meeting with a friend or business acquaintance.
Scheduled Telephone Counseling/ Life-Coaching Sessions
Telephone sessions offer you the opportunity to speak with the TheraCoach ™ live, one-on-one, and at your time of need. In these sessions, the TheraCoach ™ will carefully and actively listen to your concerns to assist you in examining the factors surrounding your issues, help you to make the necessary connections, and develop a plan that will empower you to take whatever action is necessary for your situation. This forum mimics traditional counseling, but it provides you with a more convenient, interactive and emotional experience with the TheraCoach™.
RTQ Low Income / No Income Service Assistance
Refusetoquit.com is sensitive to those who may have financial difficulties but want to access REFUSETOQUIT.com’s Counseling and Life Coaching services. Refusetoquit.com may able to offer reduced price and/or free access to services. Please send us an email at LNIassist@refusetoquit.com explaining your circumstances.
