REFUSETOQUIT.com Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUSETOQUIT.com will allow a 15 minute window of time for you to virtually arrive in the telephone conference center before your session is deemed as a cancelled/no show appointment.

Please be sure that you keep your SCHEDULED TELEPHONE SESSIONS at the designated appointment time. Otherwise, your payment for these two scheduled services will not be refunded by REFUSETOQUIT.com.

REFUSETOQUIT.com will allow clients to reschedule FACE TO FACE COUNSELING AND LIFE COACHING that have been paid for in advance. Requests to cancel and re-schedule FACE TO FACE COUNSELING AND LIFE COACHING SESSIONS must be submitted to customerservice@refusetoquit.com, a minimum of 24 hours in advance. If not, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25.00 and your payment for FACE TO FACE COUNSELING AND LIFE COACHING SESSIONS will be refunded less the cancellation fee.

RTQ NeverQuit ™ Club membership monthly fee is non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time after the required 6 month term, but you certainly will be obligated to pay for first six months of the membership, as agreed upon by signing up for the membership. Requests to cancel your membership must be submitted to customerservice@refusetoquit.com
